**Job Profile**:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive the B2B veterinary business for Heads Up For Tails across the North and West regions/ Southern region in India, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and distributors. This role requires a seasoned B2B sales professional who can independently manage a large territory, strategically grow our market share, and strengthen our brand presence among veterinary service providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with key decision-makers at veterinary clinics, hospitals, and distributors across the North and West regions.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and target new business opportunities within the veterinary space, employing a consultative approach to introduce product solutions that meet client needs.
- **Sales Planning & Execution**: Implement sales strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of the territory, aiming to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- **Travel & Client Engagement**: Conduct regular in-person meetings across your territory, with travel requirements of 7-10 days per month to build trust and secure commitment from clients.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, promotional campaigns, and client needs.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within pet care, animal nutrition, or FMCG industries.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a strong background in territory management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
- Highly organized, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to managing multiple clients and opportunities.
- Willingness to travel 7-10 days per month within the North and West regions in India.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
