**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
**Position Overview**:
As a B2B & B2C Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels. You will work to identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and deliver solutions tailored to the needs of both corporate and individual customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **B2B Sales**:
- Identify and target potential business clients and decision-makers within organizations.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
- Create tailored sales presentations and proposals for business clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with businesses.
- Build long-term partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to B2B clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and maximize sales opportunities.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote products/services.
- **B2C Sales**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products/services that fit their requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive sales experience.
- Drive sales targets and exceed monthly/quarterly goals for individual sales.
- Process customer orders and manage post-sales follow-up.
- **General Responsibilities**:
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products/services to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales (preferably in [industry]).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer types.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
**Preferred**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and online sales strategies.
