**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard new **B2B clients**, including corporate buyers, distributors, and bulk resellers.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell **refurbished products** (e.g., smartphones, laptops, IT equipment) to B2B clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Participate in trade shows, business expos, and networking events to promote company offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **2-4 years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in refurbished electronics, IT hardware, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the **refurbished / recommerce market** and buyer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong local market knowledge (Delhi NCR / Gurgaon region preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
