**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new B2B clients through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads to develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of proven experience in B2B field sales**.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., FMCG, IT solutions, Industrial products, etc.].
- Existing client network or strong industry contacts.
