**B2B Tele-Sales Executive - Telugu Calling**

**Location**: Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66, Gurugram, Haryana Finkeda
**Salary**: ₹30,000-₹40,000 per month
**Experience**: 3-5 years in B2B tele-sales

**Language Requirement**: Fluent in Telugu

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound calling to B2B clients**—engage merchants, agents, and shop owners in Telugu-speaking regions to onboard them.
- Qualify leads, build relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals with B2B clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales pipeline, and meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Head and cross-functional teams (Operations, Support, Product) to sync on onboarding and merchant activation.
- Monitor competitor trends and provide feedback to improve the sales approach and messaging.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **3-5 years** of proven B2B tele-sales experience, preferably in fintech, digital payments, BC (Business Correspondent), or merchant acquisition.
- Strong **communication and persuasion** skills in **Telugu**.
