**Responsibilities of Admin executive**:
- Act as the administrative point of contact between the departments and external clients
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments and provide reminders
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
**Qualifications for Admin Executive**:
- Graduate from any recognised university
- 3 Year experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or in other secretarial position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
