**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation.
- Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen (hospitality background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
