**Role Overview**

The **Sous Chef** will assist the Head Chef in menu execution, kitchen operations, and team supervision. They will be responsible for maintaining food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards while supporting innovation in European & Mediterranean fusion dishes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality European & Mediterranean fusion dishes.
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Maintain consistent portioning, taste, and presentation standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and Commis Chefs.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support in menu testing and seasonal dish development.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ingredient sourcing.
- Maintain coordination with service staff for smooth order execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
