**We are urgently hiring for SOUS CHEF & PASTRY CHEF**
**Sous Chef**
Role: Second-in-command in the kitchen, assisting the executive chef.
**Responsibilities**:
- Menu planning and preparation
- Inventory management
- Staff supervision and training
- Quality control
**SKILLS**:
- Strong culinary skills
- Leadership and management
- Communication and problem-solving
**Pastry Chef**
**Role: Specializes in creating sweet and savory pastries, desserts, and baked goods.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing recipes and menus
- Preparing and baking pastries and desserts
- Decorating and presenting desserts

**- Skills**:
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Artistic skills for decorating and presentation
Both roles require culinary expertise, but the sous chef is more focused on kitchen management, while the pastry chef is specialized in the art of pastry-making.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
