About Us:
Freny’s is a contemporary dining restaurant in the heart of Bandra, known for its innovative cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and warm hospitality. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our team and help elevate our culinary experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
- Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and international cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
