**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive **Customer Acquisition Executive** to identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the IT space. This voice-based role is ideal for someone confident in initiating conversations and closing interest around our digital advertising services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to IT businesses and project-based companies.
- Identify client needs and pitch Google Ads as a growth solution.
- Share service information, handle objections, and qualify leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and onboarding.
- Maintain updated CRM records for calls, leads, and conversion status.
- Meet targets for daily outreach, qualified leads, and closed accounts.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 years of experience in client acquisition or outbound sales, preferably in IT or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads or willingness to learn quickly.
- Confidence in handling cold conversations and building client interest.
- Experience using CRM tools and lead management systems.
