We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as Client Acquisition Executives. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to prospective clients, engage in meaningful conversations, and introduce them to our products or services
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with appropriate solutions
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations to present tailored solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new clients and consistently follow up to move prospects through the sales process
- Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, develop strategies, and close new business
- Track all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting
- Assist in contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively target prospects
- Meet or exceed individual client acquisition targets and contribute to overall team goals

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to initiate and maintain conversations with potential clients
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with handling rejection and overcoming objections
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads at once
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
