Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding new clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about engaging prospects to convert them into long-term business relationships. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a mix of research, outreach, and consultative selling especially in the IT services domain. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online research. - Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospects for web and mobile development services. - Engage with decision-makers, present service offerings, and handle queries effectively. - Conduct online meetings, walkthroughs, and solution demos. - Create and send tailored proposals and follow-up communication. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular updates on lead status. - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly acquisition targets. Required Skills: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales, client acquisition, or business development. - Excellent English communication and persuasion skills. - Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach and lead generation. - Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation. - Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
