**Job Title**: Client Acquisition Executive

**Job Overview**: We are looking for a highly motivated Client Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring new clients for the company. Whether you’re new to the industry or have some experience, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing business, build relationships, and contribute directly to our sales and growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate contact and develop relationships with new prospects through effective communication and persuasive sales tactics.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present and promote the company’s services or products to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits.
- **Client Needs Analysis**: Understand and assess client needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Onboarding & Handover**: Successfully transition new clients to the operations or account management teams, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- **CRM & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and lead statuses in CRM systems. Provide regular updates and reports to management on performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximize client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to stay informed about the industry landscape.

**Requirements**:

- **For Freshers**:

- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Goal-oriented and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive, and self-motivated attitude.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple client prospects and prioritize effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- A background in B2B or B2C sales is a plus.

**Compensation**: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives/commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
