**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
The Executive - Client Acquisition is responsible for driving new business opportunities and acquiring new clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will play a key role in achieving business growth by targeting and acquiring high-value clients. Strong communication, sales skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics are essential for success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Prospecting**: Reach out to prospective clients, engage them with compelling propositions, and qualify leads based on their needs and fit with the company’s offerings.
- **Sales Pitch**: Develop and deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches tailored to the client’s business needs, articulating the value proposition of the company’s products or services.
- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand their requirements, present solutions, and negotiate terms.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients, addressing their pain points and offering relevant solutions.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to convert leads into loyal customers.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align client acquisition strategies and ensure the smooth transition of clients after acquisition.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
**For Freshers**:
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong interest in sales and client acquisition, with an enthusiasm for learning and growing in the field.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- **Motivated and Target-Driven**: A self-starter with the ability to work towards and meet sales targets and KPIs.
- **Basic CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus, but not required for freshers.
- **Adaptability**: Eagerness to learn new techniques, adapt to changing market conditions, and contribute to team success.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a client acquisition, sales, or business development role.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record in client acquisition, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience using CRM software to manage client data, track sales activities, and monitor progress.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
- **Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with market trends, competitors, and customer needs in [industry].
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, balancing prospecting, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- **Client-Focused**: Ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions that create value and drive business success.
