**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive (Client Acquisition) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and converting leads to achieve revenue targets. This role is focused on expanding the customer base in residential or commercial real estate projects.
**Key Responsibilities (KRA)**:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and field activities.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their property requirements.
Sales Conversion
- Schedule site visits, present project details, and close sales.
- Build rapport with clients and offer solutions aligned with their investment or residential goals.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and future business.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Intelligence
Keep abreast of competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and new launches.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain and update CRM tools, prepare sales reports, and meet assigned targets.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
Proven experience in real estate sales/client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
**Compensation**
Fixed - 20k to 25k
Incentive 20k to 25k
