We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our dynamic team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Research and identify new business prospects and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
- **Client Interaction**: Reach out to prospective clients, present the company’s offerings, and convert leads into clients.
- **Market Research**: Understand market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s products or services.
- **Sales Pitch**: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
- **Report Preparation**: Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, lead progress, and other KPIs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
