**Job description**

We are hiring **Business Development Interns (BDE)** with a passion for sales and business growth, who also have prior exposure to **social media, marketing, digital marketing, or video editing**. This mix of skills will help in understanding client needs better and pitching our services effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, research, and generate new business leads.
- Pitch and explain our services (social media, digital marketing, podcast production, video editing) to potential clients.
- Assist in creating business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to align sales pitches with service offerings.
- Maintain CRM records and support in client follow-ups.
- Work on achieving weekly and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers or graduates (MBA/BBA/Any stream can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge/experience in **social media, marketing, digital marketing, or video editing** (internship/project/freelance experience counts).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for **on-site internship in Noida**.
