**Shift Timing: 11am-8 pm Monday
- Friday ( Purely work from the office)**

**Location: Sector 68, Noida, Uttar Pradesh**

*Important_ **The position of Business Development Executive in the field of Domestic IT Recruitment Services.**

**Position: BDE/BDM- Domestic Recruitment**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for driving business growth and meetings.
- Ownership of full-recruitment cycle and delivery.
- Conduct regular formal reviews with Clients to ensure that Clients are satisfied with the service delivered.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Domestic IT recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

**Requirement**
- 2 to 6 years of experience in domestic IT Staffing Services and leading large Client support engagements
- Superior project
- and time-management abilities
- Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Should be from IT Domestic Staffing Industry Only
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Contract Staffing: 3 years (required)
- Domestic Recruitment: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
