Job Summary
The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This role demands strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand client needs to offer the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct outreach to prospects and generate quality leads.
- Present company services, products, or solutions confidently to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable offerings.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client information.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (0–6 months).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT / SaaS / fintech sales (if relevant).
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
- Social selling experience (LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.).
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building habits.
