Job Summary

The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This role demands strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand client needs to offer the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects and generate quality leads.
  • Present company services, products, or solutions confidently to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable offerings.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client information.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development (0–6 months).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT / SaaS / fintech sales (if relevant).
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
  • Social selling experience (LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.).
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building habits.
