**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Posting & Description Writing**: Craft clear, detailed, and engaging job descriptions tailored to specific roles and requirements. Post job openings across various job boards, websites, and social media platforms.
- **Job Ad Optimization**: Create attractive and keyword-optimized job ads to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
- **Hiring Support**: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including sending offer letters, tracking recruitment metrics, and updating hiring documents.
- **Talent Pipeline Management**: Assist in building and maintaining an organized talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
