**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Posting & Follow-ups**: Post job openings across platforms and assist with timely follow-ups and communication with applicants.
- **Documentation & Data Entry**: Keep accurate records of applicant status, feedback, and hiring documentation.
- **Support Recruitment Campaigns**: Assist in employer branding and talent outreach efforts, including campus drives and virtual hiring events.

**Skills & Attributes Required**:

- **Proficiency in Recruitment CRM/ATS Tools**: Familiarity with tools like Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, or similar platforms
- **Stress Management**: Stay composed and solution-oriented in fast-paced, deadline-driven hiring cycles
- **Multitasking & Time Management**: Handle multiple hiring assignments and maintain clear priorities
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on recruitment goals

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition
