**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Posting & Portal Management**: Publish job descriptions on hiring portals and internal platforms, and track responses.
- **HR Dashboards & Trackers**: Maintain hiring data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and basic formulas).
- **Resume Screening**: Review resumes for basic qualification checks before passing them to the hiring team.
- **Documentation & Recordkeeping**: Support document collection, data entry, and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with HR team members, hiring managers, and external recruiters to ensure alignment on hiring needs.

**Skills & Attributes Required**:

- **Talent Acquisition Support**: Basic understanding of sourcing, screening, and coordination in a recruitment setting
- **Microsoft Excel (HR Dashboards)**: Comfort with Excel tools, data entry, and report creation
- **Good Communication Skills**: Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- **Multitasking Ability**: Capable of handling several hiring tasks and deadlines at once
- **Time Management**: Prioritize effectively and meet timelines for interviews, documentation, and reports
- **Teamwork**: Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with various stakeholders

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Recent graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or related field)
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or Talent Acquisition
