We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across multiple functions and help build high-performing teams. Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer closure. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and networking. Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication. Track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio). Drive candidate engagement to ensure smooth experience. Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR preferred). 1–2 years of recruitment/HR experience, preferably in startups/EdTech/consumer tech in sales hiring. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
