Job Description: Non-Technical Recruiter/technical Location: Sec 3, Noida Experience: 2-4 Years Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA in HR preferred About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Non-Tech Recruiter to drive hiring for roles acrossOperations, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, HR, and Business teams. You will manage multiple requisitions end-to-end with strong sourcing expertise and a customer-centric approach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, startup environments, demonstrates high agency, and enjoys building talented, diverse teams. Responsibilities: Source and Recruit Candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referral networks, and other channels. Conduct Job and Task Analysis to finalize role expectations and develop clear,compelling job descriptions. Screen Resumes and Applications for non-tech roles including CX, Operations,Sales, Content, HR, Finance, and other business functions. Schedule Interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers. Manage Job Postings across various platforms and ensure timely removal once positions are filled Build Strong Rapport with candidates and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey. Maintain Structured Pipelines in ATS/HRIS systems with consistent updates and follow-ups Represent and Promote company culture to prospective candidates Ensure Timely Closures while maintaining high-quality candidate experience standards Requirements: 2–4 Years of Experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist or Non-Tech Recruiter/technical Strong Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and non-tech role requirements High Agency: Ability to take ownership of recruitment outcomes, make independent decisions, drive initiatives without constant supervision, and take calculated risks insourcing and candidate management Familiarity with ATS, HRIS systems, and resume databases Excellent Communication skills with strong coordination and stakeholder-management abilities Proven Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously without compromising quality Adaptability across diverse business functions (Sales, Operations, CX, Marketing,HR, Finance, etc.) Strong Organizational Skills with attention to detail and process orientation Ability to Thrive in fast-paced, growing startup environments Ideal Profile: Prior experience recruiting for fast-growing startup environments Track record of successful candidate placements and strong candidate satisfaction Proactive approach to sourcing with creative sourcing strategies Self-driven mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions independently Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities Passion for identifying and nurturing talent across diverse roles Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies High agency demonstrated through ownership of results and proactive problem-solving About Hireginie: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
