Join our team as a **Talent Acquisition Trainee**, where you'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across roles and departments. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Posting & Sourcing**: Create engaging job listings and source profiles using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
- **Campus Recruitment Support**: Assist in organizing and coordinating campus hiring drives, internships, and relationship management with college placement cells.
- **Hiring Analytics**: Support preparation of recruitment dashboards and performance reports using Excel or other analytics tools.
- **Employer Branding**: Collaborate on content creation for job postings, social media recruitment campaigns, and career page updates.

**Skills & Traits We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail in resume screening and interview coordination
- Problem-solving attitude with a passion for hiring the right fit
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR or ATS tools
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, etc.
- Creative mindset for job content writing and employer branding activities
- Basic understanding of talent acquisition KPIs and metrics

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Strategy
