We are seeking enthusiastic and driven **Talent Acquisition Trainees** to join our HR & Recruitment team. As a trainee, you will be responsible for supporting our hiring processes, sourcing top talent, and helping build a strong workforce for the company. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Support employer branding efforts and job postings across platforms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools.
- Understanding of job descriptions and hiring pipelines.
- Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a plus.
