**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. The role involves assisting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process to attract and select top talent for the organization. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment strategies and tools while contributing to achieving hiring goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Screening**:

- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess suitability for the role.
- **Coordination**:

- **Database Management**:

- **Employer Branding**:

- Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through social media posts and career fairs.
- **Market Research**:

- Research trends in recruitment and employment to recommend sourcing and hiring strategies.
- **Onboarding Support**:

- Support in onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
