Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (C2H & Full-time positions). Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from job posting to offer rollout. Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships. Build and update a robust tech talent pipeline. Work on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
