About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless integration of top talent into our organization.Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, from initial sourcing to onboarding.Main Responsibilities:SOURCE AND SCREEN CANDIDATES using job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social networks.DRAFT CLEAR JOB DESCRIPTIONS with hiring managers, highlighting key requirements and responsibilities.EVALUATE CANDIDATE APPLICATIONS and build strong talent pipelines.CONDUCT INITIAL INTERVIEWS to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.GUIDE CANDIDATES THROUGH THE INTERVIEW PROCESS and ensure smooth communication.COLLECT FEEDBACK AND FOLLOW-UP with candidates and stakeholders.Negotiate offers within company guidelines and coordinate pre-onboarding formalities.TRACK KEY RECRUITMENT METRICS (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio) and provide regular updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.Strong knowledge of job portals and ATS systems.EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.GOOD NEGOTIATION AND RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING ABILITIES.ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
