Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage and oversee the technology infrastructure of reputed educational institutions across India. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing and maintaining school ERP, LMS and other educational software systems.

Overseeing network administration, server management and IT security protocols.

Providing technical support for staff and resolving hardware/software issues.

Implementing and maintaining data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

Ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems for academic and administrative purposes.

Coordinating with vendors for software, hardware and network upgrades.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of ERP and LMS systems used in educational settings.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in the education sector is preferred.
