DC & DR managed service:

  • Management of Servers - Should have excellent working experience in Windows

server 2008, 2012and 2016.

  • Disk management - creating partitions for the different types of servers

  • Disk space management for OS partition(s)

  • System Log file management

  • User account management

  • Incident and Request Services monitoring o Request Fulfillment Management

  • Event log analysis at regular interval for maintaining the integrity of servers

  • Managing / reconfiguring of DHCP scopes and reservations & Managing /

reconfiguring of DNS

  • System State backup

  • Managing / reconfiguring terminal services, cluster services, file servers

  • Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management

  • Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents

  • Continual Service Improvement Planning and execution of plans.

  • Maintaining and updating of AS-IS Infra Documents quarterly.

  • Installation/Upgrade, Configuration and administration capping of 8 Windows Servers

per month

  • Apply Bios and Firmware updates to systems.

  • Must be able to perform optimization and performance testing, provide technical

support for incidentresponse and reporting and provide on-call support as needed.

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems.

  • Experience in Managing Virtualized Environment using Hyper-V and VMWare etc.

  • Ability to setup and maintain the failover cluster

  • Troubleshoot unexpected reboots, BSOD, Low Disk space, High CPU and

Windows Serverperformance issues.

  • Assist in implementing web based applications (IIS) on Microsoft Windows 2008,

2012 and/or 2016servers.

  • Installation, Configuration and Management of Active Directory / DHCP / DNS / FTP /

IIS.

  • Installation and administration of Databases like MSSQL, MYSQL and Oracle.

  • Manage hardware on Windows 2008/2012/2016 virtual machines including

processors, memory,network adapters.

  • System updates and patch management using MDT and WSUS.

  • Knowledge on Technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy,

Exchange Server,DHCP, DNS, File Servers, Print Servers, RDS Servers, ADFS,

ADCS Windows Failover Cluster, Windows Network Load Balancer.

  • Backup, Patch, Up-gradation and restoration of OS/configuration/logs of the device.

  • Analysis of log files.

  • Monitoring CPU/Memory/LAN utilization thru Virtual Infrastructure

  • VM Management.

  • Storage Management.

  • Backup & Restoration Management.

  • Daily submission of monitoring report

Minimum Experience:

BE/B-Tech/MCA with at least Three (3) years of experience in Windows system

administrator. Training/Certification is preferred in WINDOWS Operating systems.

OR

Graduate with Diploma / certificate in MS Windows Server Operating Systems with at-least

Five (5) years of experience in MS Windows Server administrator. Certification preferred in

WINDOWS Server OperatingSystem.

Note: A certificate stating the relevant experience from the previous employer will be

required to be submitted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
