**Key Responsibilities:Windows Domain Controller Management**:

- Install, configure, and manage Windows Server and Active Directory (AD).
- Create and manage user accounts, groups, and policies in Active Directory.
- Configure and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and system policies.
- Manage DNS, DHCP, and other domain-related services.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

**Linux System Administration**:

- Install, configure, and manage Linux-based servers.
- Perform system updates, patches, and performance optimization on Linux systems.
- Manage services such as Samba, Apache, Nginx, or other Linux-based tools.
- Write shell scripts for automation and task optimization.

**Networking**:

- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and wireless connectivity issues.
- Set up and manage VPN connections for secure remote access.
- Implement and maintain firewalls and network security measures.
- Monitor network performance and optimize for high availability.

**Backup and Monitoring**:

- Implement backup solutions for Windows and Linux servers.
- Set up monitoring tools to track system and network performance.
- Respond to alerts and troubleshoot system or network outages.

**Collaboration and Documentation**:

- Work with the IT team to ensure seamless integration between systems.
- Document configurations, policies, and troubleshooting procedures.

**Required Skills**:

- **Windows**: Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016, 2019, or newer).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in any stream (e.g., Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
- Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or RHCE.
- 3+ years of experience in network and system administration.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or PowerShell.
