**Location: Noida sector - 62**

**Shift : Night Shifts**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored.
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- **Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.**:

- Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT systems administration.

**Desired Skills**
- Knowledge of Grandstream SIP server and Asterix would be a plus.
- Technical Background with knowledge of Firewall and LoadBalancer.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Open to work in night shifts
