System Administrator

As a System Administrator with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the computer systems and networks of our organization. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all IT infrastructure and provide technical support to end users. Your expertise and knowledge in system administration will contribute to the overall efficiency and security of our systems.

Here are some key qualifications and skills to consider:
1. System Management:

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
- Implement and manage system backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system optimization and resource utilization.

2. Network Administration:

- Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
- Monitor network performance, analyze logs, and implement necessary enhancements.

3. User Support:

- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper access rights and permissions.

4. Security and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect systems and data.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Monitor system logs and network traffic for security incidents and take appropriate action.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address threats.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, including configurations and procedures.
- Generate reports on system performance, capacity, and security metrics.

**Requirements -**

1. Be agile in thinking and can quickly analyze requirements and convert requirements into test cases.

2. Be familiar with test workflow, including use case analysis and design, bug life cycle management, etc.

3. Be familiar with Windows and Linux platform testing and difference analysis.

4. Microsoft project experience is preferred.

5. Have good pressure resistance and teamwork ability.

6. Be good at English writing and communication.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

**Basic Needs**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Good understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹11,998.78 - ₹60,000.00 per month
