**Principal Duties**:

- Office 365 Administration and Deployment
- The setup and maintenance of **Domain Controller**, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, and File Server.
- Creating, **Installing, configuring, and maintaining **the Virtual Machines, installing Guest Operating Systems like Windows, and Linux from VMware and Hyper-V technology.
- Act as a Microsoft Active Directory manager and corresponds to GPO update and DFS implementation and maintenance
- Understand the End-Point Technology and redemption approach
- Create and provide solid documentation to capture the network diagram and information
- Provide strategic direction to CCS Global Tech external customers
- Participating in the pilot plan for infrastructure changes
- Lead engineer to deploy monitoring/SOCK/ MSP agent indifferent clients environment and understand the MSP approach
- Writing and reviewing functional requirement documents for new features and functionality
- Provide strategic business consulting services to external customers
- Understand and knowledge of **Microsoft Azure and AWS**:

- Full knowledge of troubleshooting and scripting and IT automation
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Create and verify backups of data
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software, and other processes
- Install and test computer-related equipment
- Understand the Security /Compliance/ Patch management process
- Experience with **IT reporting** for MSP
- Experience with Support Approach and Change management Processes

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- It Administration: 5 years (preferred)
