**System Administrator.**

**Engineer Relevant experience: 2-0 Years**

System Administrator is responsible for physical installation, of systems for WFO/WFH, process Applications, software’s & ensures that complete operations are in accordance with established policies and procedures. Monitors performance of Hardware & Data Centre Network also coordinates equipment installation and delivery schedules.

Must have Hands-on experience on maintenance IT- Hardware Infrastructure architecture. Experience in. Hands-on experience of dialers, AD, Storage, effective problem solving skills and logical thinking ability and strong commitment to professional and client service excellence,

**Key Accountabilities**:
1. Responsible for a 24x7x365 System Operation (Domain/Dialer) shift operations and personnel.

2. Responsible includes total end to end system & Network Uptime of Desired Location

3. Oversee day-to-day Client IT NOC, escalations, and communications with process Clients.

4. Monitor system Utilization and maintain the reports as well

5. Ensures that the systems and technology used are constantly upgraded to the latest OS, SW Application, Software & Firmware release & upgrades.

6. Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with end users, Client Side IT, and internal team of the organization with Good Server & network diagnostic skills.

7. Must have Graduate Plus Computer degree/diploma.

**Technical Skills**:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Filed, working on multiple platforms, including technologies like AD DC, Cisco, Dialer, Server Security etc.

2. Ad on Experience working in networking (LAN and WAN).

3. Proficiency Hands on Experience of domain environment (Including GPO Policies, User Policies, and AD Backup Polices etc.)

4. Experience working with Hardware and Software Infrastructure Management (IT-Inventory).

5. Experience working with Windows Firewalls only.
