Job Overview

Invest Mango is seeking a Junior-Level System Administrator to join our team in Noida. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security of our systems, and supporting the technical needs of our growing workforce.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Linux system administration, ensuring seamless operations and handling any issues that may arise.
  • Windows Server Management (Mandatory skill) experience is essential for maintaining server environments efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of LAN Switching (Mandatory skill) to ensure effective operations and communication across networks.
  • Effectively manage Routing (Mandatory skill) for optimizing and securing network traffic flow.
  • Knowledge of network security protocols to safeguard data and ensure privacy across systems.
  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes for container management, streamlining the deployment process.
  • Maintain robust and secure LAN infrastructures to meet organizational communication needs.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting WiFi networks, crucial for maintaining connectivity and performance.

  • Manage and maintain the company's server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Implement and oversee network security protocols to protect sensitive information from potential threats.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WiFi, and other network components.
  • Play a critical role in optimizing the performance of both hardware and software systems.
  • Support and collaborate with the IT team to enhance system capabilities and user support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality IT services.
  • Regularly monitor system performance and generate reports for system improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and network diagrams for future reference and audits.
