
Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Domestic Chat Process team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently through chat support. Candidates with prior BPO experience are preferred, though motivated freshers with excellent skills will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer service quality with a focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR) and CSAT scores.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department while ensuring follow-ups.
- Adhere to process guidelines and meet performance benchmarks (TAT, productivity, and quality).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (chat or voice process preferred).
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Typing speed of at least 25–30 WPM with accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
