**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Noida
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in customer support
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree
**Skills**: Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshooting assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive company image.
- Assist with order processing, refunds, and other customer requests as required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer satisfaction and identify process improvements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, ideally in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
