Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Hiring and Recruitment:
2. Coordinate with hiring manager to identify talent needs and preferences.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and educational institutions.

2. Operations Management:
1. Coordinate operational activities.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

3. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

3. Administrative Support:
1. Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.

2. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for employees and visitors.

4. Special Projects:
1. Assist with special projects, including events, training programs, and initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
