We're seeking a dynamic and organized Hiring and Marketing Executive to join our team at SolarfiX. As a leader in renewable energy solutions, we're committed to empowering a sustainable future. This role will focus on attracting top talent, developing marketing strategies, and representing SolarfiX at events. Key Responsibilities

1. Hiring:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector.

3. Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and preferences.

2. Marketing:
1. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote SolarfiX's brand, services, and sustainability initiatives.

2. Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and other marketing channels.

3. Analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.

3. Events:
1. Represent SolarfiX at conferences, job fairs, and other events to promote our brand, services, and sustainability initiatives.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with event organizers, speakers, and attendees.

3. Travel to events (approximately 20-30% of the time) and provide post-event reports and media.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in hiring, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

2. Proficiency in social media, marketing software, and recruitment tools.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Travel: Willingness to travel to events (approximately 20-30% of the time).
