**Job Profile: Student Acquisition Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Management**:

- Actively source and identify potential student leads through various channels, including online platforms, databases, and referrals.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and interaction details.
- **Outreach and Engagement**:

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about study abroad programs and services.
- Set up meetings with students via Microsoft Teams, phone, or in-person as required.
- Answer queries and address concerns to build trust and establish relationships with students and their families.
- **Counseling and Sales**:

- Provide personalized advice to students on study options, course suitability, and career pathways.
- Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing concerns.
- **Reporting and Targets**:

- Achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets as set by the management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, meetings, leads, and enrollments.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Student Counsellors and Marketing team to ensure smooth lead transitions and alignment on student acquisition strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve outreach methods and engagement.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Fresh graduates with a specialization in Sales or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Any prior experience in tele sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition will be a plus, preferably in the education or study abroad industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital communication platforms like Microsoft Teams.

**Work Schedule**:

- 6-day workweek with rotational shifts as needed.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
