**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsibilities
- Closing in-house positions by meeting department head, sourcing resumes, processing for interviews, Salary negotiation, making an offer.
- will work on IT & NON IT requirements.
- Documentation work along with Offer release.
- HR will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding,

training, and administrative tasks. HR provide practical experience and a

learning opportunity to gain insights into HR practices and processes.
- Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.
- Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.
- Contribute to training program coordination.
- Assist in maintaining employee records.
- Maintain and update HR databases and records.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests.
- Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.

2. Qualifications

Knowledge of HR concepts, Labor Laws /Employment Laws, HRIS, and resume databases,

proficiency in Microsoft Office, understanding of labor laws, organizational skills, and a
