**Role**
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
**As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with tailored strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on needs, offer market insights, and ensure effective talent acquisition.
- Enhance employer branding through social media, events, and diversity initiatives, supporting DEI efforts and market positioning.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects in talent acquisition, including employer branding, tool optimization, and onboarding.
**What will contribute to your success**:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven minimum 3 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing recruitment strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).Passion for international environments that change fast and are rich in ambition.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian technical market and strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
