- Responsibilities_
- 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:_
- o Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening and basic reporting around the status update, recruitment funnel, success ratio._
- o Develop and implement recruitment talent strategies for sourcing to meet business needs._
- o Collaborate with client to understand workforce needs and role requirements._
- o Develop sourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques._
- o Manage offer letters, salary discussions, and joining formalities as per policies._
- o Drive process improvements, SOP development, and adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance._

- 2. Onboarding Process Management:_
- o Supervise pre-joining formalities, including document collection, verification, and background check initiation._
- o Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for pre-employment check status tracking, escalations, and closure._
- o Ensure onboarding platform updates (Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo or similar) and Day 1 readiness, including employee ID creation and system access._
- o Ensure compliance with onboarding checklists, SLAs, and documentation standards._
- 3. Stakeholder Management:_
- o Act as the operational interface for client-side HR and TA partners; participate in status calls and share trackers/reports._
- o Manage exceptions or high-priority cases (e.g., leadership hires, delayed Background Verification or Pre employment checks, joining reschedules) and follow through to resolution._

- 4. Reporting & Process Excellence:_
- o Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field._
- _3 -5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with minimum 1 year in management role._
- _Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, sourcing, and onboarding best practices._
- _Proficient with ATS (SuccessFactors, Taleo, Avature, etc.), HRIS, recruitment analytics, and talent acquisition technologies. Workday experience is mandatory_
- _Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc is preferrable_
- _Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, tracker management) and MS Outlook for daily operations._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition._
- _Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring and strategic roles_
- _Strong leadership and coaching abilities._
- _Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills_
- _Should be process oriented_
