Handle all inbound and outbound communication with customer
- Gather client requests in a clear and concise manner, execute the requests in a timely and process oriented manner
- Investigate, identify issue type and use call scripts to resolve customer queries proactively and within time frame
- Maintain complete ownership of issue resolution within pre-established timelines with the customer
- Follow all the processes laid down and ensure compliance at all times
- Ensure delivery on KPIs (SLA & Customer Satisfaction)
- Contribute to process and product improvements through tangible suggestions
- Graduation mandatory
- Must have Excellent Verbal and written English skills

Ability to quickly grasp knowledge of product functionality

Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized work orientation. Must operate with a sense of urgency.

Excellent analytical, problem solving skills

Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,274.44 per month
