As our Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our customers — answering questions, solving issues, and making sure every person leaves happy.

**What You’ll Do**
**Talk to Customers**:

- Share clear info about our products and services.
- Fix problems quickly and follow up to make sure customers are satisfied.

**Handle Issues Smartly**:

- Understand what’s bothering the customer and find the best solution.
- Pass on tricky cases to the right teams and follow up till they’re closed.
- Keep detailed notes of every conversation in the system.

**Create Great Experiences**:

- Stay patient, kind, and positive — even on busy days
- Go above and beyond to make customers feel valued.
- Suggest better ways we can improve our service.
- Spot chances to recommend other helpful products.

**Work as a Team**:

- Support your teammates and maintain high service standards together.
- Share feedback or patterns you notice from customers.
- Join training and team huddles to stay sharp and updated.

**Stay Organized**:

- Keep records neat and complete.
- Help track performance and suggest improvements.

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum qualification: High school pass (Graduates preferred).
- 6+ months of customer service or client-facing experience.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Calm, patient, and empathetic under pressure.
- Quick problem solver with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable juggling multiple chats or calls.
- Familiar with tools like CRM/ticketing systems.
- A great team player who can also work independently.
- Open to flexible shifts and dynamic work situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
