
Customer Support Associate

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**: Collect, organise, and maintain customer support data (tickets, inquiries, etc.) across various channels.
- **Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, resolution rate, etc.
- **Analysis**: Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in customer support services.
- **Dashboard Creation**: Design and maintain dashboards to provide a real-time view of customer support performance.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the customer support team and management to provide insights that drive performance improvements.
- **Automation**: Develop automated reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the accuracy of reports and data by verifying information across different sources.
- **Data Visualization**: Present complex data in an easy-to-understand format using charts, graphs, and tables.
- **System Improvement**: Identify and suggest improvements to the existing customer support systems and processes based on data analysis.
- **Ad-hoc Reporting**: Provide custom reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analysis, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar MIS or data reporting role, preferably in customer support or service-related industries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with customer support software (e.g., Freshdesk,Zendesk) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
