As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), you will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering loyalty and satisfaction. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to create a seamless experience for customers, promote product adoption, and enhance customer retention.

1. Customer Retention & Relationship Building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure customers needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers.

2. **Customer Success**:

- Ensure customers receive the full value from products.
- Conduct check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.

3. **Sales Support & Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and communication between departments.

4. **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Work with other teams (support, product development, etc.) to resolve customer inquiries and challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
